Every year they have new workshops and exciting hands-on activities for attendees to take advantage of. Las Vegas Conference Photographers: HDAW at The Mirage As Las Vegas Conference Photographers, we went to the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW). It took place at The Mirage on January 21st through the 25th. Over 2,000 people from six countries, and then Canada and the United States were there. There were suppliers, distributors, service providers, and industry media all converging on Las Vegas for the conference. The HDAW is largest independent heavy-duty aftermarket industry gathering in North America. This business-to-business conference has a joint committee of thirteen important industry associations. These include Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), Power Heavy Duty, and the Association of Diesel Specialists(ADS). The Conference was held at The Mirage Hotel and Casino located at 3400 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Volunteer Appreciation & Awards Dinner Photography: USO Las Vegas USO Las Vegas contacted us to do their volunteer appreciation and awards dinner photography. USO Las Vegas is a local branch of the USO. They help our service members connect with their families at home when they deploy. The Las Vegas branch provides a sense of home away from home for the 32, 245 active duty troops, 4,760 National Guard, and their families located in Southern Nevada. They help troops and their families deal with deployment as well as those families that have lost their loved one in the military. This was to be an Awards Dinner to celebrate those that have made a difference for the USO Las Vegas branch. Las Vegas Convention Center Photographer: AWFS Fair Being a Las Vegas Convention Center photographer is always interesting. There are so many different types of conventions that come through Las Vegas. On July 17-22, 2017 we were invited to photograph the AWFS Fair at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The AWFS Fair is the Association of Woodworking and Furnishing Suppliers Fair. It is an international trade fair with exhibitors from the entire home and commercial furnishings industry. It also includes those that create and distribute lumber, machinery, hardware and other supplies to those in the industry. There are also educational seminars as well. The Las Vegas Convention Center is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. Exhibit Booth Photography: UJET CES 2018 Las Vegas We were invited by UJet to do their Exhibit Booth Photography at the 2018 CES Convention. They had an amazing booth set up to showcase their foldable electric scooter. UJet was really wow-ing all those in attendance at the CES Convention this year. While there were other scooters there, theirs really stood out. The convention was on January 8th through the 10th, at the Las Vegas Convention Center located at 310 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. The CES Convention is also known as the Consumer Electronics Show. This is where manufacturers and developers get to showcase their latest gadgets, gizmos and futuristic ideas. Held November 17 - 19 at the Mirage, 3400 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas Nevada 89109. Cigar lovers come together to try out over 35 premium cigars, all while enjoying great food and top of the line alcoholic beverages. It is THE place for anyone that has a passion for cigars. Those in attendance were able to join in on the 2016 Top Cigar Tasting, as well as learning how to spot a fake Cuban cigar. The Cosmopolitan is located at 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109. There were many top names there, such as award-winning journalist Chris Wallace, American TV personality/restaurateur Bobby Flay. Professional investor Guy Adami and senior correspondent for FOX business news Charlie Gasparino were also there. Those in attendance could meet with investors and lenders as well as buy and sell restaurants and make valuable contacts. We were glad to be in attendance for our Cosmopolitan Conference Photography. We were recently able to do some Las Vegas Expo Photography at the Traders Expo which was held by Money Show at Bally’s Las Vegas. It was an event to help traders learn to make better decisions and be able to meet and speak with other traders. Money Show themselves is a global financial media and education company. Tom Sosnoff from Tasty Trader, Todd Gordon from Trading Analysis and Scott Connor from TD Ameritrade were there as well as many other traders with top-notch advice and years of experience to help others up their trading game. There were keynote speakers, panels and businesses were there. All hoping to help educate and expand the knowledge of those who came to the Traders Expo at Bally’s.
